Every tool on ToolboxKit (PDF/image converters, calculators, text and image tools) runs entirely in your browser. Any file you upload or process is never sent to, stored on, or seen by any server of ours. Processing happens in your device's memory; when you close or reload the page, that data is gone.

2. Data We Collect

The data you enter while using a tool (text, numbers, file contents) never reaches us. Our site may currently process the following limited categories of data:

• Theme preference: your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser's localStorage; this never leaves your device and is never shared with us.
• Standard server/CDN logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) may keep short-lived technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and access time for security and performance, as standard practice.
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics may be used for site statistics, and Google AdSense for revenue. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect anonymized usage data.

3. Cookies

We currently do not use any non-essential tracking cookies. Your theme preference is not a cookie — it is stored in your browser's local storage and stays only on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Our site is hosted on Vercel. If Google Analytics or Google AdSense is enabled, those services' own privacy policies will apply.
